Very valuable rules of thumb.  I'm on my 8th hour of flight training thus far and it won't be too long before cross country training comes around.  I plan to watch the series for cross country planning again leading up closer to my solo cross country.

I have been flying for approximately 2 years and have used this course as a refresher. Not only did I recognize procedure but also saw improper technique that I needed to straighten out. Specific cues will definitely keep instruction technique easy to remember.

Would have liked to have seen information on airport lighting.
