Good basic emergency procedures review.  For IFR though, I think I got most of this training in great detail so I would consider it a refresher if you are current IFR rated.

Good example of pilotage and dead reckoning. Getting used to finding checkpoints on the ground takes some practice and this video does a good job of demonstrating what are good checkpoints and how to find them.
